John S. Clark Elementary School has a population that is linguistically and culturally diverse. The district's English as a Second Language (ESL program) and Transitional Program of Instruction (TPI) is housed at Clark Elementary School. At the present time, there are 14 different languages spoken by students. These students receive ESL instruction and services from two full-time ESL teachers - Mrs. Oliver and Mrs. Korellis

Our building contains two classes at each grade level, including one bilingual kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade classrooms. Grade level classrooms are in close proximity to each other, allowing teachers and students the ability to flexibly group students and collaborate on project-based learning. The facility also includes a library/computer lab and gym.

Our school has one principal, an instructional coach, full-time secretary, part-time secretary, daytime custodian, and evening custodian. The full time academic support staff consists of one reading specialist and one resource teacher. The part-time support staff consists of a music teacher, physical education teacher, art teacher, and STEM teacher.

Our school's student support team includes a social worker, psychologist, nurse, a speech and language pathologist, and various specialists who work with diverse learners.
