Today was our first Wellness Walk of the year, and what a great way to get moving and connect with one another!
We walked 2 miles through the forest preserve right across the street from Clark, enjoying the fresh air, music, and great conversations along the way.
There were definitely a few mosquitoes, but that didn’t stop us! We even had an unexpected nature encounter when we spotted a crayfish right on the path!
We’re looking forward to many more walks, conversations, and wellness moments throughout the year!

Join us from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at our new location, McCall Elementary School and Bevier Park, for free backpacks and school supplies, community resources, food trucks, a petting zoo, kids activities, haircuts, and more.

Over the past few weeks, several students from Carman, Clark, Lyon, Washington, and Whittier came together to strengthen their math and reading skills while also exploring their creativity in Art, solving challenges in STEM, and staying active in P.E.

Yesterday, Clark students enjoyed Field Day! There were lots of smiles and laughs as students enjoyed 12 exciting activities.

This week, we celebrated our staff to show our appreciation for all that they do each and every day for our students and school community. Throughout the week, staff members received treats, but today was the biggest surprise of all!
This morning, students and families stopped by to help create beautiful bouquets for each staff member. The thoughtful gestures, kind words, and colorful flowers made for a truly special day.
